THE KLIP JULEP

Glass:
Short
Ingredients:
50ml Klipdrift Premium
25ml Vanilla min syrup
2 x Orange wedges
50ml Soda water
Recommended ice:
Crushed (but cubed will do)
Garnish:
Dehydrated orange
Optional garnish: add on fresh mint sprig
Method:
Muddle, build and churn. Add orange wedges and vanilla mint syrup to the bottom of the glass. Use your muddle stick and gently press down on the orange wedges to release the juice and essential oils. Fill your glass with crushed ice and add the brandy.
Use your barspoon to mix in a churning motion by pushing ice down and pulling orange wedges up. Top up with a splash of soda and more crushed ice. Garnish and enjoy.
THE BERRILICIOUS

Glass:
Tall or short
Ingredients:
50ml Klipdrift Premium
35ml Berry cordial
100ml Dry lemon
Recommended ice:
Regular cube
Garnish:
Dehydrated pineapple
Optional garnish: add fresh berries and mint
Method:
Shake and strain. Add brandy and berry cordial to your shaker, fill with ice and seal.
Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds to wake everything up. Strain over fresh ice & top up with dry lemon. Garnish and enjoy.
THE KLIPTWIST

Glass:
Tall
Ingredients:
50ml Klipdrift Export
15ml Vanilla syrup
35ml Passionfruit pulp
15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
100ml Ginger ale to top up
Recommended ice:
Regular cube
Garnish:
Dehydrated lemon
Optional garnish: add fresh mint sprig
Method:
Shake and strain. Add brandy, vanilla syrup, passionfruit and lime to your shaker. Fill shaker with ice. Place the strainer piece and lid on top. Ensure it is sealed.
Shake well for 10 seconds. Remove the lid and strain over fresh ice into your glass. Top with ginger ale, garnish and enjoy.
THE KLIPTONIC

Glass:
Tall
Ingredients:
50ml Klipdrift Export
15ml Peach syrup
15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
100ml Tonic water
Recommended ice:
Regular cube
Garnish:
Dehydrated grapefruit
Optional garnish: add fresh peach slice or mint sprig
Build all ingredients in the glass. Pour in brandy, peach syrup and lemon juice and give it a quick stir. Fill glass with ice and give it another gentle stir by lifting the ice and letting it drop back down. Garnish and enjoy.
